Cook Strait & Oceans 7 Done

First Australian & 12th in the World to Swim the Oceans Seven. The Oceans Seven is a marathon swimming challenge consisting of the seven most difficult open water channel swims in the world. It was proposed in 2008 by Steven Munatones as the swimming equivalent of the Seven Summits mountaineering challenge. It has been described as “the ultimate physical & mental challenge - extreme cold, huge swells, strong currents & deadly marine life”.
